Transformation of the industry itself and enhancement of collaboration among the relevant stakeholders in the whole supply chain are addressed and encouraged.     Transforming pepper industry toward sustainable development has been raised and approached by the indutry to farmers community in the producing countries. In line with this, presentations on sustainable perspectives as well as market requirements including food fraud, food safety and traceability etc. from consuming countries are given by Nedspice, SSI, Eurofins. Followed by cases studies and countries reports presented by members.
